Lee Ann Gudorp is a Principal in the private commercial land development group and has 20 years of experience. Her recent focus is on growing the firm’s Retail Development Programs. This program exists to make the development process for our clients more efficient by using a tier system to determine the different phases of a project while minimizing risk. Her notable retail development project experience includes Publix, Target, AAA Car Care Centers, and Panera Bread.
